Ingredients

Instructions
In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil until the mixture starts to bubble.
Reduce the heat and add all the all-purpose flour at once.
Mix the dough vigorously until it completely pulls away from the bottom of the pan.

Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it cool until lukewarm.
Add the egg to the lukewarm dough and mix until you achieve a very smooth dough.

Remove the fried churros and immediately toss them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

Serve the churros accompanied by creamy dulce de leche.
