Ingredients
- 1package de Penne pasta
- 2 de Calabresa sausage
- 1bunch de Broccoli
- 1head de Garlic
- to taste de Olive oil
- to taste de Salt
- to taste de Black pepper
- 1tablespoon de Chimichurri sauce opcional
- to taste de Oregano opcional
- 50g de Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

cozinharCook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

fritarWhile the pasta cooks, dice the Calabresa sausage and fry it in a skillet with olive oil.

cozinharSteam or boil the broccoli for a few minutes until tender-crisp.

dourarIn the same skillet as the sausage, add sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown.

misturarDrain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the sausage and garlic.

misturarAdd the broccoli, chimichurri sauce, oregano, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
