  • 150g de sliced and chopped ham
  • 2level tablespoons de chopped fresh parsley
  • 2level tablespoons de chopped fresh chives

In a baking dish, combine coarsely chopped onion, coarsely chopped garlic, (level) salt, (level) black pepper, oregano, and olive oil.

Place the baking dish with the seasonings in a preheated oven at 350°F (180ºC) for about 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
