Ingredients
- 1can/box de Sweetened condensed milk
- 1box de Heavy cream (from a carton/box)
- 1unit de Plain yogurt (from a cup or homemade)
- 1envelope de Strawberry-flavored drink mix powderSubstitui por: gelatina sabor morango
- 1envelope de Pineapple-flavored drink mix powderSubstitui por: gelatina sabor abacaxi
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and plain yogurt. Mix well with a whisk until you have a smooth base, working the mixture by hand (or using a blender, if preferred).
Dica: The more vigorously you mix, the creamier the popsicle will be once frozen, and it will prevent ice crystals from forming.
Divide the base mixture into two separate bowls, one for each desired flavor.
In one of the bowls, add the strawberry powder and mix well with the whisk until the color and flavor are completely incorporated.
Dica: To vary the flavors, swap out the drink mix powder at this stage.
Repeat the process of incorporating the pineapple powder into the second bowl, mixing until the base is smooth.
To assemble the swirled popsicle (the 'mini skirt' style), place alternating dollops of the strawberry and pineapple mixture inside the popsicle molds (or in disposable cups, if using those).
Dica: You can use silicone molds, plastic molds, or disposable cups with popsicle sticks inserted.
Insert the popsicle sticks into the center of the molds and tap lightly to help the mixture settle.
Place the popsicles in the freezer to freeze for a minimum of 6 hours, or preferably overnight to ensure the best texture.
Dica: The shelf life is about 30 days if stored correctly in the freezer.
To unmold, simply pull on the mold (especially if it is silicone), as they release easily.
