Ingredients
- Cassava flour
- Hot paprika
- Oregano

- Fresh ravioli pasta
- All-purpose flour
- Egg
- 1drizzle de Olive oil
- Onion
- Brown sugar
- Water
- Worcestershire sauce
- Apple cider vinegar
- Mustard
- Ketchup
- Sweet paprika
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the cassava flour with hot paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste, mixing the seasonings well.
Dredge the fresh ravioli pasta first in the all-purpose flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the seasoned cassava flour.
Arrange the ravioli in the air fryer basket, drizzling them with a touch of olive oil to ensure maximum crispiness.
Air fry the ravioli at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
For the barbecue sauce, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion.
Add the brown sugar, water, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, mustard, ketchup, and sweet paprika to the saucepan, mixing all ingredients.
Dica: Don't forget to add a pinch of salt.
Let the sauce simmer over low heat until it reaches your desired consistency.
Garnish the fried ravioli with chopped parsley before serving with the prepared barbecue sauce.
