Instructions
Toast the bread slices in a toaster.
For the egg salad, mash the hard-boiled egg with a fork.
Add the shredded mozzarella cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, and creamy cream cheese spread to the mashed egg. Mix well.
Spread the egg salad over one slice of toast.
Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and chopped parsley.
For the apple toast, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced apple, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until the apple is soft and caramelized.
Dica: Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
Spread the caramelized apple mixture over the other slice of toast.
Serve both toasts and enjoy!
