- 1/2cup de Sour tapioca starchSubstitui por: polvilho doce (em maior quantidade)
Instructions
In the blender, add the egg, oil, milk, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
Dica: Mixing both cheeses intensifies the flavor of the cheese bread.
Add the salt, sweet tapioca starch, and sour tapioca starch to the mixture in the blender.
Dica: The combination of the two types of starch provides elasticity and rise to the cheese bread.
Blend all ingredients until a completely smooth batter is achieved.
Transfer the batter to cupcake or mini pie tins, filling about 3/4 full to allow the bread to rise without overflowing.
Dica: You can also pour the batter into one large baking pan and bake it like a loaf.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF (180ºC) for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese breads are risen and show a golden top.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
