Ingredients
- Granulated tapioca starch
- Salt
- Milk
- Butter

Instructions
Mix the granulated tapioca starch with the salt in a bowl
Heat the milk with the butter over medium heat and cook until boiling
Turn off the heat and pour the milk and butter mixture over the salted granulated tapioca starch, mixing well
Let the mixture hydrate for 40 minutes
Add the egg to the mixture and knead until soft and easy to shape
Add the cheese to the mixture and mix well
Shape the dough into small balls and arrange them in the Air Fryer Oven
Bake the cheese breads in the Air Fryer Oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes
Dica: Remove the cheese breads from the refrigerator a few minutes before baking to prevent the crust from cracking
