Slow-roasted pork ribs coated with a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce enriched with miso.

Ingredients
- 1rack de Pork ribs
- 1generous amount de Salt
- 1generous amount de Black pepper

Instructions
Remove the membrane from the underside of the pork ribs using a spoon, gently separating and pulling it off.
Dica: Use thicker aluminum foil to prevent the bone from poking through.
Season the ribs generously with salt and black pepper on all sides, including the edges.
Dica: The more seasoning, the better.
Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil (preferably heavy-duty to prevent bone punctures).

Roast the wrapped ribs in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for a period of 1.5 to 2 hours.
While the ribs are roasting, prepare the sauce: lightly sauté the miso paste in a saucepan.
Add the store-bought barbecue sauce to the sautéed miso and mix well until the consistency is smooth, then set the sauce aside.
Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the aluminum foil.
Brush a layer of the miso barbecue sauce over the ribs.
Return the ribs to the oven at 325°F (160°C) for an additional 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, brush a bit more of the miso barbecue sauce over the ribs to finish.
