Recipe for a super fluffy and moist cake, known as 'Drunken' Milk Powder Cake, topped with a creamy sauce.

Ingredients
- 5units de eggs
- 1,5cup de sugar
- 1teaspoon de vanilla extract
- 2,5cup de all-purpose flour
- 1tablespoon level de baking powder
- 1cup de hot milk
- 1,5can de sweetened condensed milk
- 1,5cup de powdered milk (Ninho)
- 1small carton de heavy cream
- 3,5cup de milk
- butter
Instructions
In a stand mixer, beat the eggs and sugar with the vanilla extract for about 10 minutes until the mixture is very voluminous and fluffy.
Gently fold in the sifted all-purpose flour and hot milk, alternating between them. Start and end with the flour.
Dica: Mix lightly after adding dry ingredients and liquid to maintain the airiness of the batter.
Add the baking powder to the batter and mix gently.
Pour the batter into a baking pan greased with butter and lightly dusted with all-purpose flour (approximate dimensions of 13x9x2 inches).
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 340°F (if electric, turn on top and bottom elements) or 350°F, for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Dica: Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the cake.
After unmolding and letting the cake cool slightly, prepare the sauce by mixing the sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk, heavy cream, and the three and a half cups of milk.
Dica: Mix all the sauce ingredients well until a uniform consistency is achieved.
Place half of the prepared sauce in the same baking pan where the cake was baked.
Poke holes all over the surface of the cake and place it over the sauce in the pan, pressing lightly to ensure it absorbs the liquid well.
Dica: Pressing gently helps the cake soak up the sauce.
Pour the remaining sauce over the already moistened cake.
Cut the cake into desired serving sizes and finish by dusting extra powdered milk over the top before serving.
Dica: Dusting with powdered milk on top gives the final presentation touch.
