An extremely easy savory pie recipe where the filling and the batter are prepared separately and then assembled before baking.

Ingredients
- 180g de diced ham
- 6 de hard-boiled and chopped eggs

- 300g de mozzarella cheese
- 1/2level tablespoon de salt
- 1level tablespoon de oregano
- 6 de eggs

- 3cups de all-purpose flour
- 2cups de room temperature water
- 50g de grated Parmesan cheese
- 2level tablespoons de baking powder

Instructions
Prepare the filling by mixing the diced ham, the hard-boiled and chopped eggs, the chopped green olives, the chopped tomato, and the chopped onion.
Season the filling by adding the olive oil, mozzarella cheese, salt, and oregano, and mix all the filling ingredients.
In a blender, beat the 6 eggs, oil, and the salt designated for the batter until the mixture is smooth.
Add the all-purpose flour, room temperature water, grated Parmesan cheese, and baking powder to the liquid mixture and blend again until well incorporated.
Grease a baking dish (approximately 13.5 x 9.5 x 2 inches deep) with butter and all-purpose flour.
Pour half of the batter into the greased baking dish, lining the bottom.
Distribute the entire separately prepared filling over the layer of batter in the dish.
Cover the filling with the remaining batter.
Sprinkle oregano mixed with grated cheese over the top of the pie.
Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 338ºF (170ºC), with both heating elements on, for approximately 50 minutes.
