Holiday rice recipe with bacon, peas, corn, and raisins

Ingredients

  • 3tablespoons de Olive Oil
  • 6cloves de Garlic
  • 2cups de Uncooked White Rice
  • 4cups de Hot Water
  • Salt
  • 1leaf de Bay Leaf opcional
  • 100grams de Bacon
  • 1unit de Carrot
  • 1/2cup de Peas (frozen or canned)
  • 1/2cup de Sweet Corn
  • 1/2cup de Raisins
  • 1/2cup de Sliced Almonds
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley and Chives (or equivalent)

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan

Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add the uncooked rice and stir to coat
