Ingredients
- 560grams de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 12grams de Active dry yeast
- 250ml de Water
- 160grams de Granulated sugar
- 5units de Egg yolks
- 120grams de Unsalted butter, softenedSubstitui por: margarina
- 3tablespoons de Vanilla extract
- 1teaspoon de Salt
- 200grams de Chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix the all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, and warm water to create the sponge starter.
Dica: Ensure the water is lukewarm to properly activate the yeast.
Let the sponge starter rest for 15 minutes, allowing it to rise.
Add the sugar, egg yolks, softened butter, and vanilla extract to the sponge starter and mix thoroughly.
Add the flour, salt, and chocolate chips to the mixture and knead well.
Dica: Make sure the dough is kneaded thoroughly so it becomes soft and smooth.
Place the dough in a paper mold and let it rest for 50 minutes to rise again.
Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 160°C for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
