Ingredients

  • 2can de Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3tablespoon de Cocoa powder
  • 1box de Heavy cream
  • 200g de Bittersweet chocolate
  • 150g de 70% Dark chocolate
  • 200g de Butter
  • 3unit de Eggs
  • 230g de Sugar
  • 50g de Cocoa powder
  • 80g de All-purpose flour
  • Salt
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

Mix the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and heavy cream in a saucepan.

Cook the mixture over medium heat until it reaches the consistency of brigadeiro (fudge-like ball).

Let the brigadeiro cool completely.

Melt the 70% dark chocolate and the butter in the microwave.

Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg and sugar mixture.
