A special holiday dessert made with brownie and brigadeiro.

Ingredients
- 2can de Sweetened condensed milk
- 3tablespoon de Cocoa powder
- 1box de Heavy cream
- 200g de Bittersweet chocolate
- 150g de 70% Dark chocolate
- 200g de Butter
- 3unit de Eggs
- 230g de Sugar
- 50g de Cocoa powder
- 80g de All-purpose flour
- Salt
- Vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and heavy cream in a saucepan.
Cook the mixture over medium heat until it reaches the consistency of brigadeiro (fudge-like ball).
Let the brigadeiro cool completely.
Melt the 70% dark chocolate and the butter in the microwave.
Whisk the eggs and sugar together in a bowl.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg and sugar mixture.
Sift the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt into a separate bowl.
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt mixture into the chocolate and egg mixture where applicable (building the brownie batter).
Bake the batter in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Let the brownie cool completely.
Cut the cooled brownie into the shape of a wreath.
Decorate the wreath with the cooled brigadeiro and sprinkles.
