Ingredients

  • 250grams de Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 3packages de Heavy cream
  • 2packages de Sweetened condensed milk
  • 500ml de Milk
  • 2cups de Powdered milk

Prepare the chocolate ganache by melting the semi-sweet chocolate and heavy cream in the microwave or a double boiler

Grease the pudding mold with non-stick spray or butter to facilitate unmolding

Pour the chocolate ganache into the pudding mold and place it in the freezer to set

Prepare the white powdered milk cream by blending the remaining ingredients in a blender

Pour the white cream over the chocolate ganache in the pudding mold and freeze for a minimum of 5 hours or until firm

Unmold the ice cream pudding and serve immediately
