Creamy chicken salad recipe perfect for Christmas

Ingredients

  • 700grams de Shredded cooked chicken
  • 1unit de Grated carrots
  • 1cup de Peas
  • 1can de Sweet corn
  • 1unit de Tomato
  • 100grams de Diced ham
    Substitui por: peito de frango, peito de peru
  • 150grams de Mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro/parsley mix)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 3tablespoons de Olive oil
  • 100grams de Heavy cream
  • 250grams de Mayonnaise
  • Shoestring potato sticks opcional

Instructions

Shred the cooked chicken and season with salt and pepper

Grate the carrots and add them to the chicken

Add the peas, sweet corn, tomato, and diced ham to the chicken mixture

Add the mozzarella cheese, fresh herbs, salt, and black pepper to the chicken

Stir in the heavy cream and mayonnaise with the chicken mixture

Add the olive oil and mix thoroughly

Top with shoestring potato sticks before serving
