Ingredients
- 1/2unit de Shredded carrot
- 2units de Tomato
- 1cup de Hearts of palm
- 1cup de Fresh peasSubstitui por: ervilhas enlatadas
- 1/2cup de Olives
- Fresh herbs (parsley/chives mix)
- 1unit de Onion
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 3tablespoons de Olive oilSubstitui por: óleo
- 4cans de Canned sardines
- 3units de Eggs
- 600ml de Milk
- 3/4cup de Vegetable oilSubstitui por: azeite
- 1cup de Cornstarch
- 100grams de Parmesan cheese
- 2cups de All-purpose flour
- 1tablespoon de Baking powder
Instructions

Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl.

baterBlend the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil in a blender.

baterAdd the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and Parmesan cheese to the blender and blend until you have a smooth batter.

misturarAdd the baking powder and mix well.

Pour half of the batter into a pie dish (or springform pan).

Spoon the filling over the batter layer.

Cover with the remaining batter.

assarBake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes.
