Ingredients

  • 1/2unit de Shredded carrot
  • 2units de Tomato
  • 1cup de Hearts of palm
  • 1cup de Fresh peas

  • 1/2cup de Olives
  • Fresh herbs (parsley/chives mix)
  • 1unit de Onion
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 3tablespoons de Olive oil
    Substitui por: óleo
  • 4cans de Canned sardines
  • 3units de Eggs
  • 600ml de Milk
  • 3/4cup de Vegetable oil
    Substitui por: azeite
  • 1cup de Cornstarch
  • 100grams de Parmesan cheese
  • 2cups de All-purpose flour
  • 1tablespoon de Baking powder

Instructions

Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl.

Blend the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil in a blender.

Add the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and Parmesan cheese to the blender and blend until you have a smooth batter.

Pour half of the batter into a pie dish (or springform pan).

Spoon the filling over the batter layer.
