A simple and easy savory pie made in a blender with chicken, ideal for special occasions or for taking to work.

Ingredients
- 500g de Chicken breast
- 3drizzles de Oil
- 3cloves de Garlic
- 1medium de Onion
- 2diced de Tomato
- Annatto powder (or paprika) opcionalSubstitui por: extrato de tomate
- 170g de Corn
- 170g de Peas
- Fresh herbs (parsley/chives)
- Water
- Salt
- 3units de Eggs
- 480ml de Milk
- 240ml de Oil
- 5g de Salt
- 20g de Cornstarch
- 280g de All-purpose flour
- 15g de Baking powder
- 40g de Grated cheese opcional
Instructions
Cook the chicken breast in a pressure cooker with salt and water until tender.
Shred the cooked chicken breast and set aside.
Heat the oil in a skillet and add the minced garlic, onion, and diced tomato to sauté.
Add the annatto powder (or paprika), corn, peas, fresh herbs, and salt to the sautéed mixture and mix well.
Add the shredded chicken breast to the sauté mixture and mix thoroughly.
Add the chicken cooking liquid to the filling and mix well.
Blend the eggs, milk, oil, and salt in a blender.
Add the cornstarch, all-purpose flour, and baking powder to the blender and blend until a smooth batter is obtained.
Grease a baking dish with butter/margarine and dust with all-purpose flour.
Pour half of the batter into the dish and spread the filling over the top.
Cover with the remaining batter and spread evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
