  • Annatto powder (or paprika) opcional

  • 280g de All-purpose flour
  • 15g de Baking powder
  • 40g de Grated cheese opcional

Cook the chicken breast in a pressure cooker with salt and water until tender.

Shred the cooked chicken breast and set aside.

Heat the oil in a skillet and add the minced garlic, onion, and diced tomato to sauté.
