  • Fresh seasonings
  • Lemon zest
  • 1unit de Carrot
  • 1stalk de Celery stalk
  • 1/2unit de Green apple
  • Pickled red onion
  • 50g de Hydrated raisins
  • 200g de Smoked ham (small canned ham)
  • 100g de Strained yogurt (or labneh)
  • 200g de Milk mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Fresh herbs
  • Lemon zest and juice
  • Shoestring potatoes
  • 2slice de Stale bread
  • 3unit de Figs
  • Lettuce/Greens
  • 50g de Fresh mozzarella
  • 100g de Prosciutto (Parma-style ham)
  • Olive oil
  • Pomegranate molasses
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Sauté the onion, carrot, and celery stalk in a skillet with olive oil.

Add the green apple, pickled red onion, and hydrated raisins to the bowl.

Season the smoked ham with black pepper, strained yogurt, and milk mayonnaise.

Mix all the chicken salad (salpicão) ingredients well.
