- 2steaks de Sirloin Steak
- Butter
- Garlic
- Salt

- Sage

Instructions
Remove the steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 20-30 minutes
Pat the steak dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture
Season the steak with salt and black pepper
Heat a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil
Sear the steak for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness
Dica: Press the steak down with tongs to ensure even browning
Add butter, garlic, sage, and thyme to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute
Serve the steak hot, drizzled with the flavored butter
