Ingredients
- 350g de Sirloin Steak (or Strip Steak)

- 2units de Tomatoes
- 2cloves de Garlic
- 1unit de Onion
- 1/2cup de Hot Water
- 1/2unit de Lime Juice
- 1tablespoon de Worcestershire Sauce
- 1tablespoon de Thyme
- 1teaspoon de Smoked Paprika
- 0,13teaspoon de Cayenne Pepper opcional
- Cilantro
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the steak with all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper.
Dica: Mix well so that the meat is evenly seasoned.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the meat in batches to brown well.
Dica: Sear the beef in batches so it browns nicely instead of steaming.
Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes.
Dica: Sauté until the onion and garlic are softened.
Add the tomatoes, hot water, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the skillet.
Dica: Mix thoroughly so that all ingredients are well incorporated.
Simmer the mixture until the sauce thickens to a creamy consistency.
Dica: Cook over low heat so the sauce doesn't burn.
Finish with chopped cilantro and serve.
