  • 2cloves de Garlic
  • 1unit de Onion
  • 1/2cup de Hot Water
  • 1/2unit de Lime Juice
  • 1tablespoon de Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1tablespoon de Thyme
  • 1teaspoon de Smoked Paprika
  • 0,13teaspoon de Cayenne Pepper opcional
  • Cilantro

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the steak with all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper.

Dica: Mix well so that the meat is evenly seasoned.
