  • 170g de Butter
  • 100g de Unsweetened Chocolate (Bitter Chocolate)
  • 150g de 70% Cocoa Chocolate
  • 90g de Unsalted Butter
  • 80g de Light Brown Sugar
  • 60g de Fine Turbinado Sugar (Demerara)
  • 2 de Large Eggs
  • 1teaspoon de Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2teaspoon de Instant Coffee Powder
  • 20g de 100% Cocoa Powder
  • Salt
  • 25g de Sliced Almonds
