Ingredients
- 3unit de Eggs
- 150ml de MilkSubstitui por: leite de amendoim
- 150ml de OilSubstitui por: óleo de coco
- 1cup de Granulated sugarSubstitui por: açúcar mascavo
- 2tablespoons de Brown sugar opcional
- 1teaspoon de Ground cinnamon
- 1,5cup de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 1tablespoon de Baking powder

- 300g de Dulce de leche
- 1box de Heavy cream
Instructions

baterBlend the eggs, milk, oil, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon in a blender.

misturarMix the all-purpose flour and baking powder in a bowl.

misturarAdd the blender mixture to the bowl and mix well.

assarPour the batter into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40-45 minutes.

misturarPrepare the frosting by mixing the dulce de leche and heavy cream.

Spread the frosting over the cake and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (for a churro topping).
