Ingredients
- 100grams de Butter
- 1cup de Granulated sugar
- 3units de Eggs
- 2cups de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 100ml de Milk
- Salt
- 1tablespoon de Baking powder
- 1teaspoon de Vanilla extract
- 1/2cup de Chopped walnuts
- 1/2cup de Raisins
- 1/2cup de Candied fruit
- 1/2cup de Dried apricots
- 2cups de Powdered sugar
- Cold milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Cream the butter and granulated sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Sift the all-purpose flour and add half of it to the bowl, mixing well
Add the milk and mix until combined
Add the remaining all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and vanilla extract, mixing until just incorporated
Fold in the chopped walnuts, raisins, candied fruit, and dried apricots, mixing until evenly distributed
Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 35-40 minutes
Prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar and cold milk until you reach the desired consistency
Remove the cake from the pan and spread the glaze over the top
