  • 400ml de Lukewarm milk
  • 250ml de Lukewarm water
  • 2 de Eggs
  • Oil
  • 3teaspoons de Sugar
  • 1kg de All-purpose flour
  • Salt
  • 50g de Butter
  • 100g de Cornmeal (fine)
  • 10g de Dry active yeast
  • 750g de Ground Beef
  • Lime juice
  • Onion
  • Parsley
  • Mint
  • Tomato
  • Allspice (or Middle Eastern spice blend)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Collard greens (or Kale)
  • 1L de Strained yogurt (or thick yogurt)
  • Potato

Instructions

Mix the dry dough ingredients in a bowl.

Add the lukewarm milk, lukewarm water, oil, and eggs to the bowl.

Mix the dough well and add the dry active yeast.
