Ingredients
- 400ml de Lukewarm milk
- 250ml de Lukewarm water
- 2 de Eggs
- Oil
- 3teaspoons de Sugar
- 1kg de All-purpose flour
- Salt
- 50g de Butter
- 100g de Cornmeal (fine)
- 10g de Dry active yeast
- 750g de Ground Beef
- Lime juice
- Onion
- Parsley
- Mint
- Tomato
- Allspice (or Middle Eastern spice blend)
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Collard greens (or Kale)
- 1L de Strained yogurt (or thick yogurt)
- Potato
Instructions

Mix the dry dough ingredients in a bowl.

Add the lukewarm milk, lukewarm water, oil, and eggs to the bowl.

Mix the dough well and add the dry active yeast.

Prepare the ground meat, vegetable, and potato fillings.

Roll out the dough and cut into pieces to form the sfeehas.

Fill the sfeehas with the prepared fillings.
