Ingredients

  • Panettone
  • 1tablespoon de Butter
  • 1tablespoon de Sugar
  • 1scoop de Ice Cream
  • Fruit
  • Mint
  • Lemon Zest

Instructions

Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat.

Add the sugar and sprinkle it over the melted butter.

Place a slice of Panettone in the skillet and cook until the sugar and butter form a crispy crust.

Remove the French toast from the skillet and let it cool.

Top the French toast with ice cream, fruit, and mint to taste.
