Ingredients
- 100ml de milk
- 3cloves de garlic
- 1/2unit de onion
- 1 de lemon juice
- 1pinch de mustard
- drizzle de oil
- 1pinch de salt
- 1pinch de pepper
Instructions
In the blender, add the milk, garlic cloves, half onion, lemon juice, and a pinch of mustard.
Add a little oil and start the emulsification process by blending the mixture.
While continuing to blend, slowly add the oil in a steady stream until the mayonnaise reaches the desired consistency (the sound of the blender will become more muffled).
Dica: The muffled sound of the blender is an indication of the correct consistency.
Adjust the seasoning by adding salt and pepper to taste.
Dica: The video suggests using parrilla salt and black pepper (coarsely ground).
Transfer the finished mayonnaise to a container and refrigerate.
