A classic Steak Frites featuring a juicy steak and crispy French fries, served with a delicious mustard sauce.

Ingredients
- 1unit de Ribeye Steak (Bife Ancho)
- 3units de Potatoes
- Ice
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt
- Paprika
- Olive Oil
- 3cloves de Garlic
- Dry White Wine
- Fresh Heavy Cream
- Dijon Mustard
- Yellow Mustard
- Black Pepper
Instructions
Cut the potatoes into a stick shape (for fries).
Place the potatoes in a bowl with ice and ice water and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Dry the potatoes thoroughly with paper towels.
Fry the potatoes in hot oil until golden brown.
Drain the fries on paper towels and season with salt and paprika.
Season the steak with salt.
Heat a skillet with olive oil and sear the steak on both sides.
Add the garlic cloves to the skillet and continue cooking the steak to your desired doneness.
Remove the steak from the skillet and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
In the same skillet, add the white wine to deglaze the pan.
Add the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and yellow mustard. Cook until thickened.
Season the sauce with black pepper.
Slice the steak.
Serve the steak with the french fries and the mustard sauce.
