Ingredients
- 1tablespoon de Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1tablespoon de Creamy cream cheese spread
- 3tablespoons de Milk
- 1tablespoon de Oil
- 1tablespoon de Sugar
- 3tablespoons de All-purpose flour
- 1/2teaspoon de Baking powder
- 1pinch de Salt
- cubes de Guava paste, cubed
Instructions
In a mug, mix the Parmesan cheese, creamy cream cheese spread, and one tablespoon of milk to fully dissolve the cheese spread.
Add the remaining two tablespoons of milk and the oil to the mixture, combining well.
Add the sugar and flour, having mixed them beforehand to prevent lumps.
Fold in the half teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt, finishing the mix with a spatula.
Dica: The baking powder should be added last, as per culinary 'lore'.
Lightly grease the inside of the mug (260 ml capacity) with a little oil.
Dica: Greasing is optional but makes cleaning easier later.
Pour half the batter into the mug, distribute a few cubes of guava paste, and cover with the remaining batter, topping with more pieces of guava paste, avoiding pressing them in to prevent it from becoming too sickly sweet.
Dica: Avoid overdoing the guava paste so the cake doesn't become overly sweet.
Microwave the mug for 1 minute and a half (timing may vary depending on the appliance's power).
Dica: Keep an eye on your microwave, as cooking time is variable.
Allow the mug cake to rest for 10 minutes before consuming for better flavor and texture.
Dica: Letting it rest makes the recipe experience 'fancy' and tastier.
