Recipe for soupy beef short rib rice in a large batch, approximately 20 kg, ideal for parties and large events.

Ingredients
- 12kg de Beef Short Ribs
- Onion
- Garlic
- 2cans de Canned Whole Peeled Tomatoes
- Salt
- Beer
- Beef Broth
- Fresh Herbs (Cilantro/Parsley mix)
- Biquinho Peppers
- 4kg de Rice
Instructions

dourarBrown the short ribs on all sides

refogarCut the short ribs between the bones and add onion, garlic, canned whole peeled tomatoes, and salt

cozinharAdd beer and beef broth, let it cook down until the liquid is mostly gone, and repeat the process

cozinharAdd fresh herbs and rice, allowing it to cook until the rice is very tender and soupy

Garnish with biquinho peppers on top
