  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • 2cans de Canned Whole Peeled Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Beer
  • Beef Broth
  • Fresh Herbs (Cilantro/Parsley mix)
  • Biquinho Peppers
  • 4kg de Rice

Brown the short ribs on all sides

Cut the short ribs between the bones and add onion, garlic, canned whole peeled tomatoes, and salt

Add beer and beef broth, let it cook down until the liquid is mostly gone, and repeat the process
