Bacon potato balls to serve with barbecue

Ingredients
- 500g de potato
- 1unit de carrot
- 1unit de onion
- 1can de corn
- 200g de bacon
- 3units de egg
- 1tablespoon de mustard
- 1clove de garlic
- 1unit de lemon
- 100ml de olive oil
- parsley
- salt
Instructions

Peel and mash the potatoes

Add the grated carrot, chopped onion, and corn to the mashed potatoes

dourarBrown the bacon in a skillet and set aside

fritarFry the eggs in the same skillet as the bacon

misturarMix the fried eggs with mustard, garlic, lemon, and olive oil
7
Add the egg mixture to the mashed potatoes and mix well

Garnish with the remaining bacon
