- 1package de Mozzarella cheese ~R$ 6,00
- 1package de Grated Parmesan cheese ~R$ 4,00
- Shoestring potatoes (potato sticks)
Instructions
Purchase the necessary ingredients
Make the layer using ladyfingers mixed with sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream
Place the ladyfinger mixture in the freezer to firm up
Prepare the thin Calabrese sausage with butter, onion, and garlic
Add the toasted cassava flour (farofa) to the prepared Calabrese sausage mix
Season the pork belly with salt, pepper, and lime zest
Roll the pork belly with the farofa mixture and tie it with kitchen twine
Roast the pork belly in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour and a half
Finish the pork belly by drizzling hot oil over it
Mix the cooked rice with mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and shoestring potatoes
