A quick and economical dish for the family

Ingredients
- 500g de Ground beef
- 250g de Bulgur wheat (for kibbeh)
- 1unit de Cream cheese
- 150g de Mozzarella cheese
- 2tablespoons de Mint
- 1unit de Onion
- 3cloves de Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

misturarMix the ground beef with the bulgur wheat, onion, garlic, and mint

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Cover the bottom of a baking dish with half of the mixture

Spread the cream cheese over the bottom layer of the mixture

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese

Cover with the other half of the mixture
7
Score the top surface with the back of a fork to create lines
