Osso buco recipe made with dark beer and a grill/BBQ setup

- Osso Buco (Beef Shanks)
- Black pepper
- Salt
- All-purpose flour
- 350ml de Dark beer
- Butter
- Oil
- Carrot
- Leek
- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomato sauce
- Water
- Fresh herbs (Cilantro/Parsley mix)
Instructions

Score the membrane around the edge of the osso buco to prevent it from curling while cooking

temperarSeason the osso buco with salt, black pepper, and dredge in all-purpose flour

fritarSear the osso buco on both sides in oil and butter

cozinharPrepare the sauce base using carrot, leek, onion, garlic, and tomato sauce

Add the dark beer and water to the sauce base
6
cozinharBraise the osso buco in the sauce for 3 hours
7
Finish with chopped fresh herbs
