Ingredients

  • 1unit de Onion
  • 5cloves de Garlic
  • 4tablespoons de Parsley
  • 4tablespoons de Scallions (Green Onions)
  • 1tablespoon de Oregano
  • 1unit de Lime juice
  • 1unit de Orange juice
  • 100ml de Olive Oil
  • 1teaspoon de Paprika
  • 1tablespoon de Salt
  • 100ml de Vinegar
  • 1tablespoon de Baking Soda
  • 1kilogram de Pork Belly (for cracklings)
  • Oil

Blend the onion, garlic, parsley, scallions, oregano, lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, paprika, and salt in a blender.

Place the marinade in a bag with the pork belly cut into strips and let it sit for at least 12 hours.
