Ingredients

- 1tablespoon de Baking Powder ~R$ 0,50Substitui por: bicarbonato de sódio
Instructions
Place two packages of strawberry cream sandwich cookies in a bowl.
Add four eggs over the cookies.
Transfer the cookie and egg mixture to a blender.
Add 100 ml of oil and one cup of liquid milk to the blender.
Blend all ingredients in the blender until a smooth mixture is achieved.
Pour the blended batter into a clean mixing bowl.
Incorporate half a cup of sugar into the batter, mixing well.
Sift one cup of all-purpose flour over the mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
Dica: Sifting the flour helps prevent lumps.
Add one tablespoon of baking powder and gently fold it in.
Pour the finished batter into a previously greased and floured pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
Dica: Perform the toothpick test to check for doneness.
