Ingredients
- 1000grams de Chicken breast
- 1920ml de Water
- Salt
- 1packet de Chicken bouillon cube/powder
- 3drizzles de Oil
- 3cloves de Garlic
- 1teaspoon de Annatto powder (Achiote)
- Black pepper opcional
- Cilantro and parsley mix opcional
- 11tablespoons de Cream cheese spread
- 1tablespoon de Margarine or butter
- 490grams de All-purpose flour
- 240ml de Milk
- 300grams de Breadcrumbs
Instructions
Cook the chicken breast in a pressure cooker with water, salt, and chicken bouillon.
Shred the cooked chicken breast.
Prepare the filling with the shredded chicken, oil, garlic, annatto powder, black pepper, and herbs.
Prepare the dough using the reserved chicken broth, margarine or butter, and all-purpose flour.
Assemble the coxinhas using the dough and the filling.
Coat the assembled coxinhas in the breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry the coxinhas in hot oil until golden brown.
