- 1unit de onion

- black pepper
- salt
- 1box de heavy creamSubstitui por: requeijão
- 10tablespoons de mayonnaise
- 1unit de green appleSubstitui por: maçã vermelha
- cherry tomato opcional
- mayonnaise straws (for garnish) opcional
- potato sticks (shoestring potatoes) opcional

Add the grated carrot, ham, tomato, onion, olives, fresh herbs, raisins, black pepper, and salt to the chicken

misturarMix the heavy cream and the mayonnaise into the salpicão mixture

Add the chopped green apple to the salpicão

Arrange the salpicão in a glass serving dish (or trifle bowl) and garnish with cherry tomatoes and mayonnaise straws
