Ingredients
- 4 de Eggs
- 2cup de Sugar
- 1cup de Fine cornmeal (Mimoso)Substitui por: qualquer farinha de milho
- 1cup de All-purpose flour
- 100g de Butter
- 1can de Canned corn (with liquid)
- 4cup de Milk
- 1pinch de Salt
- 1spoon de Baking powder
- 50g de Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven and prepare a baking pan by greasing it with oil and dusting it with cornmeal.
In a blender, add and blend all ingredients: eggs, sugar, cornmeal, all-purpose flour, butter, canned corn (with the liquid), milk, salt, Parmesan cheese, and baking powder.
Dica: Use the fine cornmeal for a better texture.
Pour the blended batter into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 50 minutes, or until the cake is completely done.
