- 1small can de Sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2cup de Sugar
- to taste de Shredded coconut opcional
- 1small bottle de Coconut milk
- 1,5cups de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
Instructions
In the blender, add the eggs, margarine, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and coconut milk.
Add the shredded coconut (if using) and blend the mixture briefly.
Add the all-purpose flour to the mixture in the blender and blend again until all ingredients are incorporated.
Dica: Make sure to blend well to homogenize the batter.
Prepare a baking dish by greasing it with margarine and dusting the surface with all-purpose flour.
Dica: If you prefer a thicker cake, use a smaller baking dish.
Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
Place the batter in the preheated oven to bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
