Ingredients

  • 500g de Top Round Steaks (thinly sliced)
    Substitui por: bifes de acém, bifes de contra filé, bifes de coxão mole

  • Bacon
  • 2tablespoons de Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Onion
  • 2sprigs de Rosemary
  • Bay Leaf
  • 300g de Tomato Sauce
  • 200ml de Water
  • Parsley

Pound the top round steaks between plastic wrap to thin them out, and season with salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
