Ingredients
- 3 de Eggs
- 3/4cup de Oil
- 1cup de Granulated Sugar
- 250ml de Plain Yogurt
- 1/2cup de Cocoa Powder
- 50g de Rice FlourSubstitui por: mix de farinhas sem glúten
- 50g de Tapioca Starch
- 1tablespoon de Baking Powder
- 50g de Heavy Cream
- 100g de Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Instructions
Mix the eggs, oil, and granulated sugar in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the plain yogurt and cocoa powder to the bowl and mix well.
Add the rice flour, tapioca starch, and baking powder to the bowl and mix until a smooth batter is achieved.
Pour the batter into a greased and rice-floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 30-40 minutes.
While the cake is baking, prepare the ganache by mixing the heavy cream and semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler until the chocolate is completely melted.
Slice the cake and pour the warm ganache over each slice.
