Baked pork ribs with a delicious guava paste barbecue sauce, easy and quick to make

Ingredients
- 1kg de Pork ribs
- 1pinch de Cayenne pepper
- 1teaspoon de Ground cumin
- 1teaspoon de Smoked paprika
- Cream cheese
- 340ml de Tomato sauce
- 400g de Ketchup
- 1,5tablespoon de Mustard
- 1tablespoon de Soy sauce
- 2tablespoons de Worcestershire sauce
- 1tablespoon de Onion powder
- 1tablespoon de Garlic powder
- 1/2tablespoon de Paprika
- 500g de Guava paste
Instructions
Melt the guava paste in a saucepan with water
Add tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to the melted guava paste
Simmer the sauce on low heat until the flavors meld
Season the pork ribs with cayenne pepper, ground cumin, and smoked paprika
Place the pork ribs in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil and pour the guava paste barbecue sauce over them
Bake the pork ribs in the oven for about 1 hour or until cooked through
Uncover the foil and top the ribs with creamy cheese spread
Return the pork ribs to the oven for a few more minutes until the cream cheese is melted and the ribs are lightly browned
