Recipe for pan-fried potstickers using wonton wrappers and a pork filling.

Ingredients
- 2tablespoon de Oil
- 1tablespoon de Toasted Sesame Oil
- Wonton Wrappers
- Water
- 1/2cup de Ground PorkSubstitui por: frango, carne bovina, cogumelos
- 1unit de Carrot
- 4leaves de Cabbage
- 1/2cup de Green Onion/Herb Mix
- 1/2tablespoon de Ginger
- Red Pepper Flakes opcional
- 3tablespoon de Soy Sauce
- Sugar
Instructions
Heat the oil and sesame oil in a skillet and add the ground pork.
Add the carrot, cabbage, green onion mix, ginger, and red pepper flakes, and mix well.
Add the soy sauce and sugar, and cook over low heat until the vegetables are wilted.
Chill the filling before using.
Place the filling in the center of the wonton wrapper and fold like a pastry pocket/dumpling.
Cook the dumplings in a non-stick skillet with a little oil and water until the water evaporates and the bottoms of the dumplings are golden brown.
