Ingredients
- 2cans de Sweetened condensed milk
- 4tablespoons de Cocoa powder
- 1tablespoon de Unsalted butter
- 1package (5.5 oz / 175g) de Speculoos Cookies
- Confectioners' sugar
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.
Dica: Use pure sweetened condensed milk, not a condensed milk substitute.
Cook the mixture over low heat until it starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan (reaching the 'fudge point').
Coarsely break the Speculoos cookies into large pieces and fold them into the mixture.
Dica: Do not crush the cookies into very small crumbs.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Dica: Grease the pan with parchment paper or butter.
Unmold the fudge and cut into rectangles.
Dica: Dip a knife in hot water to make cutting easier.
Toss the fudge rectangles in confectioners' sugar.
