Ingredients
- 300g de Bittersweet Chocolate
- 100g de Butter
- 150ml de Stout Beer
- 1,5cup de Sugar
- 3 de Eggs
- 3/4cup de All-Purpose Flour
- Salt
- 3cup de Powdered Sugar
Instructions
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler (bain-marie)
Dica: Ensure the water does not touch the bowl
Stir in the stout beer and sugar until well combined
Add the eggs and mix until smooth and uniform
Fold in the all-purpose flour and salt, mixing thoroughly
Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes
Dica: Test with a toothpick to check if the brownie is done
Prepare the glaze by whisking together the stout beer and powdered sugar
Cut the brownie into squares and serve topped with the glaze
