A baked pastry filled with creamy stroganoff, made with homemade dough and without added oil.

Ingredients

  • 500g de All-purpose flour
    Substitui por: farinha de arroz
  • 1teaspoon de Salt
  • 115g de Lard or butter
  • 240ml de Water
  • Egg yolk
  • 500g de Top sirloin steak (or similar lean beef cut)
    Substitui por: filé mignon
  • 1tablespoon de Butter
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1tablespoon de Onion
  • 1/2tablespoon de Garlic
  • 100g de Mushrooms
  • 4tablespoons de Tomato paste
  • 300g de Heavy cream
  • Parsley

Instructions

Mix the flour and salt in a bowl

Add the lard or butter and rub it into the flour with your fingertips

Gradually add the water and knead until you have a smooth dough

Dica: Do not add excessive water

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour

Prepare the stroganoff filling

Stir in the tomato paste and heavy cream
