  • Smoked paprika

Instructions

Place the milk, oil, and egg in the blender

Add the onion, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, and basil to the blender

Add the all-purpose flour and blend until smooth

Add the baking powder and blend briefly

Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured baking dish

Add the filling of tomato, mozzarella cheese, basil, and Gorgonzola

Cover with the other half of the batter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
