  • 50g de Clarified butter (or Ghee)
  • 500g de Italian sausage (casing removed)
  • 100g de Onion
  • 100g de Bell peppers
  • 4cloves de Garlic
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Cumin
  • 100g de Raw pumpkin (or squash)
  • 50ml de Water
  • 200g de Cream cheese
  • 3cup de All-purpose flour
  • 1cup de Mayonnaise
  • 1teaspoon de Salt
  • 80ml de Milk

Brown the Italian sausage for 5 minutes.

Sauté the onion, bell peppers, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and cumin.

Add the raw pumpkin (or squash) and water, and cook until the pumpkin is tender.
