A recipe for a buttery, very fluffy, and easy-to-prepare marble cake that does not contain eggs.

Ingredients
- 2cups de All-purpose flour
- 240ml de Milk
- 3tablespoons de Margarine or butter
- 1cup de Sugar
- 2tablespoons de 50% Cocoa Powder
- 1teaspoon de Vanilla extract
- 1level tablespoon de Baking powder
- 100g de Heavy cream opcional
- 130g de Chocolate (for frosting) opcional
Instructions
In the blender, add the liquid ingredients: margarine (at room temperature), milk, vanilla extract, and sugar.
Dica: The margarine does not need to be cold.
Blend the mixture in the blender until it is completely smooth.
Transfer the blended liquid to a bowl and add the all-purpose flour and baking powder.
Mix all the dry ingredients well with the liquid batter until you get a uniform white batter.
Dica: Mix thoroughly until the vanilla batter is ready.
Separate a portion of the white batter into another container and add the cocoa powder (50%), mixing well until the cocoa is completely incorporated.
Prepare the pan by greasing it with cocoa powder.
Dica: Greasing with cocoa powder prevents sticking and helps maintain the color.
Alternate the light and dark batters in the greased pan, placing a little of the white batter and then a little of the chocolate batter, to create the marbled effect.
Finish with the chocolate batter on top and, optionally, gently swirl with a fork to accentuate the marbling.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for approximately 35 minutes.
For the frosting (optional), heat the heavy cream in a saucepan. When it is hot, turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolate, stirring until it melts completely to form a smooth ganache.
Dica: Use good quality chocolate for the frosting; avoid compound chocolate.
Pour the ganache over the baked cake and serve.
Dica: The cake is delicious with or without frosting.
